Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Escrowica social media escrow service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Escrowica provides an escrow service for social media account transactions. We act as a neutral third party to facilitate secure transactions between buyers and sellers of social media accounts.

Our services include:

• Holding funds in escrow during transactions
• Verifying account ownership and details
• Facilitating the secure transfer of accounts
• Providing dispute resolution services when needed

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and any social media accounts involved in transactions
• Not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive practices
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our Service for any unauthorized or illegal purpose
• Be solely responsible for the content and activity of any social media accounts you buy or sell through our Service

The standard transaction process is as follows:

1. Buyer and seller agree to terms of the transaction
2. Buyer deposits funds into escrow with Escrowica
3. Seller provides account access details to Escrowica for verification
4. Escrowica verifies the account details and holds them securely
5. Once buyer confirms receipt and verification of the account, funds are released to seller
6. Escrowica facilitates the secure transfer of account credentials

Escrowica charges a fee for this service, which will be clearly disclosed before you initiate a transaction.

In the event of a dispute between buyer and seller:

• Escrowica will hold the funds in escrow until the dispute is resolved
• Both parties agree to provide all requested information to Escrowica to assist in resolving the dispute
• Escrowica will make a final determination based on the evidence provided
• Escrowica's decision in any dispute is final and binding

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal during the dispute resolution process.

Escrowica charges fees for our escrow services. These fees will be clearly displayed before you initiate a transaction. Fees are typically:

• A percentage of the transaction amount (typically 5-10%)
• A minimum fee may apply for small transactions

Fees are deducted from the escrow funds before disbursement to the seller. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to your transactions.

As part of our service, we verify ownership of social media accounts. This may require:

• Providing login credentials temporarily for verification
• Making specific changes to the account as requested by our verification team
• Providing documentation proving ownership

You represent and warrant that you have full legal right and authority to sell or purchase any account transacted through our Service.

You may not use our Service to facilitate transactions involving:

• Accounts that promote hate speech, violence, or illegal activities
• Accounts that infringe on intellectual property rights
• Accounts obtained through hacking or unauthorized access
• Accounts that violate the terms of service of the respective social media platform

Escrowica reserves the right to refuse service to any transaction that we determine violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Escrowica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party

Our maximum liability to you for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the fees we earned from your transaction.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Escrowica and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Any social media account you buy or sell through our Service

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any transactions in progress will be handled according to our dispute resolution procedures.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
